The Mentorship Approach

Structured Process. Flexible Content.

The Mentorship Membership Program is not a predetermined course or technical curriculum. The structure remains consistent, while the focus of each conversation evolves with your practice, responsibilities, current challenges and development needs.

Your mentor brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in assurance, quality management, file review and practice inspection support for CPA firms across seven provinces.

The objective is not simply to provide answers, but to strengthen your ability to identify issues, locate guidance, interpret requirements and exercise professional judgment.
